Enigma - Life's Enchanting Roller Coaster Ride

An Incredible two-year Masters’ Journey in Words

Twenty-four hours in a day is just not enough. Time is a sprinting machine in fate’s hands and life is all about managing your fate and destiny. I am fortunately blessed with a life that provides so much more to do and in turn I end up chasing time to accomplish everything I wish for. The last 2 years in this wonderfully built Garden City has taught me more than anything I could ever imagine. Sometimes it is the people no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can ever imagine. This epic quote from The Imitation Game suits perfectly well for the roller coaster ride in the last 22 months pursuing my Master’s degree. Life has always given me experiences by teaching the hardest lessons. I have felt like broke countless times and in several circumstances I was plighted with fear and uncertainty. People say that your present life is because of your past deeds and your future depends on present actions. I complete agree with this; however I am always curious to know how much wrong had I done in my past life so as to face all these miseries in this present life continuously. The most important lesson I learnt with all these mysteries is just to live in the present every day, every moment. You cannot change your past whilst you cannot completely determine your future. The ultimate truth of life is just now, this very moment. It has to be the toughest when life takes you a Final Destination roller coaster ride every time. But I realized, we live life to the fullest only when our death is near. When we let our memories and ambitions – which in many cases, fantasies – take over us, we lose the present. Time whistles past you and after which you can never even hear the sound. I began my Masters’ here with a cause and effect mind set. I believed that there will be a positive consequence after the course completion. Fortunately, it happened; however, the entire process between the input and the output was a thorough refined learning experience. I understood that ‘cause and effect’ relationship applies for the subjects we study and not for the people considered to be ‘subjects’ in the modern-day civilization. Human mind is a sacred one except that it turns different after the age of childhood. The mind always reciprocates the actions of the body and very few alone have mastered the reverse way and they have become the cultural and scientific icons of the present-day flourishing human society. When people apply their ‘cause and effect’ function corresponding to their ambition, they lose the very noble reason of perseverance and the blissful joy of undergoing the process. Even when the results are optimistic, people fail to realize the complete happiness out of it.

Hoping for a redemption that will eclipse time, faith and me.
A divine blessing, I should say, influenced my thought process and made me understand not everything is a ‘cause and effect’ process, particularly when it involves human mind, heart and soul. I felt the joy of learning, earned invaluable memories and great set of passionate people as friends through the whole process. I have also been fortunate enough to realize the true beauty of a good life filled with infinite optimism, kindness and an ultimate vision. The scenario has become much more sophisticated when confidence creeps in. It brings with it lot of lessons on management and pragmatism to the table and that is a skill which is always significant. Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re going to get. I second this Forrest Gump monologue since I have experienced it myself. The process between an engrossing input and an unpredictable output is what matters the most. Down the line, when you sit back and think, all that surrounds your mind will be the one what you actually did and not what actually happened before and not what should have happened after. The beauty of living in the present is that the time itself is a gifted teacher. It has taught me two most vital life-changing lessons. Firstly, never regret any of your decisions in life; just move forward to convert the regret into a delight. Secondly, never compete with anyone; just compete with yourself always surpassing your own expectations about yourself and achieving content and internal happiness. Everyone on Earth has been blessed with a soul that can live, breathe, think, survive and die; ultimately what matters the most is the satisfaction we achieve between birth and death. The art of being content is itself life’s most beautiful compliment. However, to achieve that it takes one’s lifetime. This two year journey has given me all. It has made a stronger person than I ever was and I believe that nothing ever could hurt me more than myself. The journey has gifted me my greatest friends whom I will cherish for life and for whom I will be always there. The roads I traveled has taught me how insignificant sadness is when nature has so much beauty encapsulating it. The sunrise I saw made me realize that a person could be the most recognized and the least bothered at the same time depending on your comparison of the eternal Sun with yourself. It’s the way how we position our thoughts. It defines you as a person who is everything that is goodness if the thoughts are in the right place for the right purpose. Now, we all need to start yet another journey of solitude, but sometimes entertaining too. Faith is an absorbing element to truth and it can only make your soul much more alive all the time. Hope is a good thing; maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies. Any redemption is always great and it makes the story of mankind even richer. Time could have encapsulated lives but greatness always encloses time beyond imagination. Hoping for a redemption that will eclipse time, faith and me.

To my dear King Princess in Demo

To my dearest Princess with love

(A monologue unfolded in my dream about a heart-broken lover in search of his disappeared angel)

Sometimes, love is not just a feeling but a choice to unite or perish completely. The feeling of love is not anymore justified on Planet Earth since it comes along with lot of questions, restrictions, conditions and constraints. Only when the conditional mathematics of it all meets the required clauses and falls within the limited boundaries, even two people who are truly blessed with god’s natural love - meant for living beings - can end being together. Presently, such true love never ever marches ahead to meet its deserved end, instead it meets me – that means love becomes a loser big time. The world before my eyes is changing without nobility which is a sad sight of pity. Love has lost its serene dignity or in simple words there is no world for dignified love to unite and reverse the tragic Shakespeare’s ends. Love is not felt anymore, it is measured on a weighing scale – the balance. The ‘measuring scale’ is ludicrously driven by some irrelevant traditions, stupidest self-built-ethics, loads and loads of emotional blackmails and finally a person with an ever changing vague fuzzy mind that fails to differentiate between life and living and calculates life like money but miserably forgets that money can never be love, food, air, peace, sun or satisfaction. Come on people, the real world now has travelled galaxies beyond ‘Shakespeare in Love’ ancestor days while you are still hopelessly struck with your ridiculous, pity rules made by clumsily unknowns who I am sure even if they exist, the world will stone them to death. You can never even answer a five minute questioning made by us based on your senseless acts. You sick people, you retards. You change the entire balance of the world to dirty ditches; you humiliate the ethos and serenity of this noble humanity. You are better dead than alive. You act against the laws of nature and keep proving that you are no worth being born as humans and better it will be if you were lizards, mosquitoes, snakes or any other creepy creatures – at least it will not end up being evil by acting against its nature. You just add to the misery of the world. But please go away; the world has large enough number of disasters already.
MD - An untold story
I have always wondered whether my life was just a dream; so here I am; and now when I wake up years later, this reality hurts like death and I truly wish to go back to sleep forever. When the dream were so much truthful at the same time being lovingly graceful and now unfortunately, the present monologue living is quite just the opposite, why the hell we need to live this horrible disgusting pathetic pitiful and always-pretending way of life? But pity me, I am still alive. Some divine force is still holding my last breath inside me but I genuinely pray to the divine to let me go. Why should there be a reason to survive a life where, to-be-slaughtered sheep and calves are way happier and content than us – the miserable human beings? I hope only my good deeds in the past and the commitment to my creators is the distance between me and death. Some mathematical genius would say the distance is negligible and an aspiring Physicist would assume that distance to be zero. What have I become? An orphan? A handicapped? A widower? I’m clueless about myself who I was and who I am now. And I am really not sure how those countless heart-broken people all over the world change quite easily and start enacting a life that is worth equal to the gutters of the cities and the butchered dirty blood of the dead. To add to the woes, nobody speaks about these broken people who are broken by the broken laws set by the people broken in mind.
I have never been home. I never missed home. I have always felt my home in her arms. She also made a promise that my face will be always buried in her arms and I would live breathing her fragrance throughout my life. Destinies fell apart. Always a tragedy when the love is true. So when her arms were seized, I began finding my home in the other world. We were the happiest couple in the entire universe until recently when she passed away. Yes, she passed away when I died. Crazy. Isn't it? Love is illogical and dil-logical. We were pretty extraordinary in love like the newborn children loving each other unconditionally and infinitely filling a beautiful relationship driven by innocence and divinity. We kept count of every moment and everyday to just realize how precious those moments were and how eternally special we were in the entire world to be the happily blessed cutest couple. When we were together, we weren’t two but one. The feeling of completing owning others in love cannot match any other feeling gifted to mankind. I wish everyone could experience that kind of feeling at least once in his or her life to really understand how it feels. The ‘feeling’ will make us realize how blessed we are to have a life. One should definitely see that ‘light’ in the feeling which is more enchanting and captivating than anything in this world could offer ever. I have felt it and I wish that I should see no more. I have become blind. Because that light is an unexplainable paradox and all it takes us is to the carnivorous island shown in ‘Life of Pi’ where even the plants and water there feast on living beings for survival. The ‘light’ which is always rare for anyone to see takes away everything from you starting from the primary faith in God to the learnt ethos one needs to survive here and finally the ultimate ‘life’ inside us which binds the faith and the soul. Losing the faith is as cruel as it gets. At that very moment even an angel’s word to survive could be seen as a disguise. The words will not heal the dead man since he is already gone. Feeling like going on a search for afterlife and deciding the end is never near since there is always afterlife like the ‘paradox of light’. Once gone, life would never come back. Love treads the same path lovingly. True, we’re all mortals but our love isn’t. But the world never houses mortals. I then would take my love to Demo where there is nothing but us.
To my dear King Princess, I owe you my life. My entirety of love rests you in peace, I hope. In Demo, the King-Princess will always exist. They will always love each other infinitely like the MD. They will hold hands stealing glances and walking through the moon-lit full moon sky in the densely covered bamboo gardens smelling medicinal leaves and listening to each other singing their love for each other in the filled silence.
In Demo, you both will always be the one. You will be the messengers of God and may be at times, the GODS themselves. You will hold the face of the Earth by your true love. You will always be remembered in the history of mankind. You will always be the greatest loveliest couple, having walked on the face of this earth, leaning on each other and kissing for hours and hours sharing the eternal love, facing the giant ocean sitting on a far faraway unmanned remote beach. You will be missed here. You will be the King-Princess there in Demo. You will have a family with the three Ds – the princess and the two princes. D....... D..... D.....

Hope.
However.
It is over.

I am not sure whether I will be alive to watch the King’s rule ordered by the Princess.

Of Love.

I N T E R S T E L L A R - An Epic Masterpiece with a Heart

I N T E R S T E L L A R – An Eternal Journey
What is the reason films are made for? What is the point in showcasing our creation? It's just for the people of the world to celebrate!

Christopher Nolan’s “Interstellar”, honestly, is the greatest form of human creation on the celluloid. As the rare of the rarest directors, Nolan’s singular vision and artistic freedom to make the impossible possible and explore all the uncertainties infinitely, his “Interstellar” is just a ‘gargantuan’ making. Mankind’s next step is the greatest and Nolan has taken the most celebrated human invention – movies – to an all new level. The cerebral thread of “Interstellar” is the awesome experience of space and an altruistic portrayal of human emotions across solar systems. One would have never watched and never ever will watch a movie like “Interstellar”, henceforth. Period.
Christopher Nolan - Modern film-making genius
“Don’t go gentle into the good night”. “Love is the only perceived human emotion that could cut across the dimensions of time and space”. “We are not meant to save the world. We are meant to leave it”. Some of the most memorable phrases in human history find a significant rank in the epic of “Interstellar”. Many suggest that Christopher Nolan’s “Interstellar” is the modern presentation of legendary director Stanley Kubrick’s evergreen space odyssey, “2001: A Space Odyssey” made in 1975, about 39 years ago, But for me, as an avid viewer of world cinema, I find these two films just contrasting in every way. While Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” has a timeline and truth, Nolan’s “Interstellar” is just timeless and an outcome of pure imagination with an endless voyage across galaxies. If not a fiction, “Interstellar” could be touted as the ultimate survival story in the history of mankind. Throughout the film, one thing was certain and many things were uncertain. Certainty is that no frame in the movie was seen ever before and never again; uncertainty is that no frame in the movie is predictable and even if predicted, went awry. A noble film-making is always in that way, and through “Interstellar”, Nolan proves it yet again that he ain’t just a normal film-maker but a superlative human-being who makes movies for the world to celebrate and be proud of them.
"Don't go gentle into the good night" - 5D Space with time and gravity dimensions
I have been following the movie “Interstellar” ever since it was in the pre-production stage and I could truly tell, the making of “Interstellar” is insanely humongous just like the movie itself. Being a perfectionist himself, Christopher Nolan paid attention to every detail in the film including that of a dying earth, hopeless planets, image of the black hole, iced clouds, 5-D spaces which traverses time and gravity, time (years & light years) of space travel and a spaceship that included ultra-power navigation. To make the film look logically true, Nolan took theoretical physicist Kip Thorne in for the movie and started to build the look of the black hole by formulating equations. Newton’s “Laws of Motion” & Albert Einstein’s “Theory of Relativity” were used fundamentally to predict the movement of objects in space and how actually (or may be approximately) a black hole could look which tested the ultimate intelligence and creativity of the physicist. Possibly, Kip Throne believes that he might take his study which he did for “Interstellar” to the Noble Prize evaluators and who knows, he might even win that prestigious honour thanks to Christopher Nolan.

The finest aspect of the film is its reality and grounding to basic film-making. “Interstellar” is not about ahead-of-the-times film-making, but it is an elevation of contemporary film-making to an all new level. Many who closely follow Nolan might agree with me that he hates the use of technology and is an avid follower of grounded, realistic cinema. This is the reason why “Interstellar” was not made in 3D which he believes will ruin the core soul of the film and people will amuse more only for the 3D shots and leave behind the imagination and superlative storytelling. Nolan’s gigantic creations like “The Dark Knight” (2007), “Inception” (2010) and “The Dark Knight Rises” (2012) have also been a pioneer of contemporary films at their times and with “Interstellar”, Nolan has raised the bar for the world film-makers even higher. The main reason for making “Interstellar” in IMAX is that Nolan wanted people to experience the real sound of space and zero-gravity. And well, he has succeeded big time.
The 'gargantuan' making of space in "Interstellar"
The casting for “Interstellar” is just perfect as it could get. Matthew McConaughey as Cooper lives the role of a bounded father and as an ace pilot of space-crafts. Anne Hathaway as Dr. Brand and Jessica Chastain as Murphy show their true class act and are definitely star performers. The other show stealers are the ever graceful Michael Caine and the surprising Matt Damon. Music by Hans Zammer is path-breaking and every frame and its mood are lighted up with his everlasting background score. Sound editing, cinematography and Visual effects lend justice to the infinite creativity of Nolan. Special mention to Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Lynda Obst Productions, Legendary Pictures and Syncopy – all production houses – of “Interstellar” for bringing the film in time as promised. In the business side, “Interstellar” made at an estimated budget of $165mn – comparatively moderate for a space film of this level – has now grossed more than $200mn (within 7 days) – official figures awaited – and is set to become the highest grossing movie of 2014 (including theatrical rights worldwide, DVD sales, TV rights and brand partnerships). “Interstellar’, however, is more than just business.
Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway in "Interstellar".
The interpretation of Murphy’s Law – “Whatever can happen, will happen” – and the unanswerable question of “they” are snippets of utmost intelligence, Nolan has given through “Interstellar”. People who question about the logic of “Interstellar” might need to revisit the theatre once again, as I find no reason to test the logic when the film is about fiction and represents imaginative creation. Overall, “Interstellar” is just extraordinary, completely satisfying experience and the cerebral of modern-day limelight for cinema. Maybe, sometimes, it strikes to be as the greatest film ever-made.
Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" - a film that the world should celebrate. Infinite imagination and altruistic presentation.
Finally, if “Inception” gave us all fantasies to dream within a dream, “Interstellar” now gives us a chance to explore the space in an unadulterated brilliant way destroying all the impossibilities. Take a bow, Christopher Nolan. You deserve much more, more than your first Academy Award for Best Director, which happens next year.

I N T E R S T E L L A R (4.5/5) – Par Excellent! An Epic Masterpiece from Nolan.
